In this intimate, small-group class held at Bumblebee Bakery in New Plymouth, you'll be guided step by step through the art and science of kombucha making. All ingredients are provided, and there'll be plenty to taste along the way. 

You'll go home with:

• Your own SCOBY
• Your first bottled kombucha creations
• Some basic tools
• Written instructions to guide you through your first brews at home
